Fish

I ate an excellent Sashimi at a farewell lunch party.

Sashimi is more than sliced raw fish. Slicing raw fish into sashimi needs a special skill being able to achieve in a long time. Even more, chefs usually make their own arrange to it. These arrenge turn just a raw fish into marvelous dishes. The same holds true for Sushi. It's not just a sliced raw fish on rice.
