New Year Sunrise

I've spent the New Year's day eve at the seashore with friends for a decade. At there, we've been waiting for the first sunrise of the year.



As Japan is located in the north hemishpare, the seashore in January is ridiculously cill. So we make a bornfire every time. This year, we failed to start up a bornfire because the firewoods were wet. However, all the woods were reduced to ashes finally.



For these two or three years, the clouds prevented us from seeing the first sunrise. This year we could see it after a long interval. I hope the luck will last the rest of this year.
