Teizo Matsumura

I went to the concert of the Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra. They played Teizo Matsumura's Piano Concerto No.1, Arthur Honegger's Symphony No.5, and suchlike. Teizo Matsumura is one of the honorable composers in japan, though I've never heard live performance of his tune. He also seemed to hear today's concert. I thought the orchestra and Ichiro Nodaira, who played piano solo, managed the tension of the concerto very well. I was very impressed.
