Do it right, or don't do it at all.

Tokyo marathon 2007 takes place tomorrow. I'm not interested in the marathon race itself. However, the traffic regulation must be placed so I checked the web site. But it's terribly hard to get the web site tonight. When I got the traffic regulation information finally, the page was produced in a PDF file which is linked from the html page just by the javascript function. That is, it cannot be saved, without opening it in the web browser. I had no choice to get it using wget. Unbelievable. Furthermore, I cannot view the PDF file using Acrobat 4.0. It seems to support only newer version of Acrobat Reader. Are you serious?
